ahh! soo many amazing things happening right now!
CD is pretty much done! all the recording is done!
we are just in the midst of getting things mastered and printed!!
our goal is to have it out around july 23rd!
Hey everybody, this is Chelsea. I’ve never used a Tumblr before. I just hacked onto the Emsley one and thought to myself “welp. now that I’m here I might as well post something.” So yeah. That’s pretty much it. I just wanted to say hi. :]
Should be recording some bass tomorrow! We’ll keep you posted.Keep it real.
So today we are tracking drums! tommy actually just finished up in the studio, now he is going to get his bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Sounds like great fun! :] anyways we are super excited to get these songs recorded, not for the fact that we will have them recorded but for the fact that that means our EP is almost done!! It has been a long time in the works and we are so proud/glad to say its finally coming to a finish! its taken almost a year. Crazy to think about. We are just happy that people are excited and liking what we are putting out, we truly hope that doesn’t stop! :]
on another note; we have a friend, her name is Caitlin, and she just so happens to be an intern @ Tooth & Nail Records (no big deal you know). We have been sending her our tracks just so she could check em’ out and such, and she sent us an email which read this: “your songs are now officially on a comp in t & n headquarters. thank you!!” which makes us like freak out. Just the sheer fact of knowing we are on the Tooth & Nail headquarters itunes list :o who knows maybe someone will run across us? meh wishful thinking?
anyways back to what I was saying! We just got drum tracking done, and we will be going in sometime next week to start laying down guitars,bass,vocals,etc… I took a few pictures & videos from today so I will post them up here!
